Kvia Cow Brush Karoline

Kvia Cow Brush Karoline
Description
The KVIA Karoline Cow Brush is a versatile automatic cow brush designed to improve cow comfort, cleanliness and welfare, providing effective grooming for both large and small cattle.
Featuring a distinctive hourglass-shaped brush, the Karoline effectively brushes the head, back, sides and tail root, helping to keep the animal’s coat clean and well groomed. The brush is suspended from a cardan joint, allowing it to move freely with the animal and provide effective grooming from different angles. Its design also allows several cows to use the brush at the same time.
The Karoline starts automatically when activated by the cow and changes its direction of rotation after each start, helping to extend the life of the brush elements. Built-in overload protection provides additional tail protection by stopping and reversing the brush if excessive resistance is detected.
Constructed from stainless steel with a highly efficient pinion gearbox, the Karoline is designed for durability, low maintenance and reduced energy consumption. KVIA states that it uses 50% less power than comparable cow brushes, while frequency regulation provides a smooth and controlled start and stop.
Operating from a standard 230V power supply, the Karoline is available with either PE or nylon brushes and provides a durable, energy-efficient solution for improving everyday cow comfort and grooming.
