Fabrication Services
At SAS, we have the people, equipment and expertise to repair and fabricate all types of farm machinery. Our fully equipped workshop allows us to carry out everything from small repairs to more complex fabrication work, helping to keep your machines working reliably and reduce downtime on farm. We can weld aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel, and we also have the facilities to press, fold, roll and cut materials. This allows us to carry out a wide range of repairs, including replacing grab tines, renewing bucket edge strips, and completing general strengthening and refurbishment work to extend the working life of your equipment. If your project requires any additional steel or fabrication work, our team will be happy to help.
SAS Equipment
As well as repairs, SAS also designs and manufactures its own equipment to solve real farm problems. We produce our own SAS Gutter Scraper and SAS Extreme Scraper to tackle specific slurry and scraping challenges. These products were designed in our workshop, tested on local farms, and are now available as proven SAS solutions.
Re-lining & Auger Repair
We also specialise in extending the lifespan of diet feeders through our re-lining and auger repair service. If mixing is taking longer or the augers are worn, we can restore performance by repairing or re-flighting augers at a fraction of the cost of replacing them. With planned servicing, much of this work can be completed on-farm, keeping disruption to a minimum.
