Redrock Blockcutter Model 200 – 100 Series

The Redrock Model 200 – 100 Series All Round Blockcutter is a powerful and robust sheargrab designed for demanding workloads on livestock farms. Suitable for use with wheeled loaders from 3 tonnes upwards, it provides a versatile solution for cutting and handling silage as well as moving loose feed materials.

With a 2.0 m working width, 1.70 m³ capacity and 100 cm maximum opening, the Model 200 is designed to cut clean blocks of maize and grass silage while leaving a sealed and tidy silo face. This helps to minimise air penetration and reduce the risk of secondary fermentation. It can also be used as a bucket for handling loose materials around the farm.

The 100 Series features Redrock’s unique bolt-on blades, manufactured from specially tempered steel in small serrated sections. These are designed to stay sharp and cut through the silage clamp with minimal effort, while the bolt-on design makes servicing straightforward. A heavy-duty Hardox bucket edge is also fitted as standard for added durability.
