Shelbourne CB300 Cubicle Bedder

The Shelbourne CB300 Cubicle Bedder is a robust and versatile bedding machine designed to provide a uniform bed quickly and efficiently while keeping operator effort to a minimum. As the largest model in Shelbourne’s Cubicle Bedder range, the CB300 offers a 1.45 m³ capacity and 2.20 m overall width, making it well suited to larger livestock units and regular bedding operations.

A hydraulically driven 300 mm seamless cleated conveyor belt runs beneath the tub and can operate in either direction, allowing bedding material to be distributed to the left or right of the machine. An internal agitator helps maintain a consistent flow of material onto the conveyor, while adjustable discharge slides allow the operator to control the amount being spread.

The CB300 is suitable for a wide variety of bedding materials, including sand, sawdust, wood shavings, processed paper, green bedding and chopped straw. It can distribute material evenly up to 3 m (10 ft), helping to reduce bedding waste while saving time and labour.

A range of mounting options allows the machine to be configured for different applications, including loader or handler brackets, fixed three-point linkage or a hydraulic three-point linkage tipping frame. The heavy-duty construction, welded Hardox blade and straightforward design make the CB300 a durable, low-maintenance solution for everyday livestock bedding.

The CB300 has an unladen weight of 580 kg and requires a single flow and return hydraulic service, making it a practical and efficient solution for maintaining clean and consistently bedded cubicles.
